92% alumina ceramic has electrical properties, mechanical strength, wear resistance, chemical and corrosion resistance, thermal stability, dense and non-porous. It is used in electrical packaging, bushings, abrasive media, wear parts and industrial applications.

94% Alumina:

94% alumina ceramic has low thermal expansion, high volume resistivity, wear resistance, grease resistance, dielectric constant, and a manganese metal coating that accepts high temperature brazing. It can be used as pressure sensor, bearing coating, valve and laser components.

95% Alumina:

95% alumina ceramics have similar properties to 94% alumina ceramics, with increased compressive and flexural strength content and excellent hermeticity. This percentage of alumina ceramic can be molded into ordnance armor for military applications.

96% Alumina:

96% alumina for medical applications. It has a combination of mechanical, electrical, thermal and chemical properties. 99.8% alumina is very high purity and has been developed for semiconductors. It has excellent chemical and plasmonic resistance with dielectric properties for high voltage applications. It can be used in semiconductor applications including PVD, CVD and CMP oxide etching, ion implantation and lithography. This percentage of alumina is widely used in the semiconductor industry.
